The contract must contain the following particulars:

(1) Name and nationality of employer; name of factory

or corporation; place of work.

(2) Name of labourer; 80x; age; native district;

skilled or unskilled; and addresses in China and

abroad.

(3) The total number of labourers required and the class

of work.

(4) Period of employment from (date) to (date).

(5) Monthly Wages of each class of labour (those who

receive weekly or daily wagos must be entered

separately).

(6) House of work per day.

(7) Holidays and number of days sick leave allowed per

year.

(8) Fare of labourer on return home after the completion

of term of service payable by whom ; how advanced to

labourer are repayable.

(9) Board and Lodging of labourer, by whom supplied,

(10) The employer shell insure the life of labourer if

the work is of dangerous nature.

(11) The poll-tax and similar taxes levied on the labourer

at the place of work shall be paid by the employer.

(12) The amount of compensation to be paid to a labourer,

in the event of his being injured or killed in the

performance of his work.

On the closure of the factory or corporation before

the termination of the contract, the employer shall

pay the return fare of the labourer to China and shall

also compensate him for any losses suffered.

On the termination of the contract, the employer and

labourer may enter into a new contract in accordance
